You will be given full support in:

attracting applicants through advertising in your local press, contacting local schools and careers offices and by accessing the Lexus Advanced Apprenticeship Scheme national database.
testing, interviewing and selecting a suitable candidate
completing documentation to register the Apprentice on to the Advanced Apprenticeship Scheme
